Please note: If using the Rugbuddy on a tiled or screeded floor, we recommend using carpet underlay underneath for thermal efficiency. This can also be bought at any carpet or flooring supplier. Jute, felt and foam underlays are most suited for this purpose.
Non-slip underlays are sufficient when using the Rugbuddy on wood, laminate or carpets.

Great product – service great…
The service was good, the packaging is good and neat. The product itself is a little weak for the price. I ordered the smaller 1.2 x 1.65m under rug heating mat. 320watts. While it does take the chill out of a small room, I think R2700 is way too high. Better off with 4 wall mounted panel heaters at the same price.
